Conference Dinner – 3rd November
I just wanted to say thank you for the work you did last night to make our conference dinner such a success. I would also like to say a special thank you to John and his team to did an absolutely outstanding job last night and dealt with a lot of guests being difficult and requesting halaal and vegetarian meals when they had never requested them previously through us. If we are ever back in Dublin for one of our events we will be sure to use your hotel again and would recommend to others.

Wedding on 1st November 2012
Hi Jan,
I just wanted to send a little message to thank you for everything. We had such a wonderful time, the food exceeded everyone's expectation and a big compliments to the chef, everything was top class. I would be very grateful if you could pass on to the relevant person in charge of waiting staff. They are a credit to the hotel, so professional but very warm and approachable and nothing was too much trouble. It was fantastic that the Portuguese waitress , I forget her name and another Spanish guy were there to speak with my Spanish guests. They all went above and beyond and their efficiency didn't go unnoticed. The head waitress organised everything to be stored. Hotel room was very comfortable and breakfast delicious! Credit where credit is due, I will be sure to return to the hotel for any future gatherings. Again, thanks for all your organising and well done to everyone again for their input on the day, they really made it stand out with the service.
