Conference & Exhibitions

For larger events and conferences the team at The Alexander Hotel can offer you the added flexibility of partnering with our sister hotels The Davenport Hotel and The Mont Clare Hotel both located directly across the road. The Aston Suite can accommodate up to 420 delegates and the three hotels will partner together to provide breakouts or dining space for large conferences.

Daily Delegates rates are available from €45 per delegates and include:

Private Dining

The Alexander offers a choice of different size banquet suites to cater for all your private and social bookings.

The Aston suite can take up to 420 guests or for smaller numbers the suite can be divided into smaller rooms.

For smaller intimate events and dinners, The Annesley and Ascot suites or Caravaggio’s restaurant can be booked privately from 20 to 100 guests, ideal venues to name a few for:

  • Retirement dinners and receptions
  • College or School reunions

Weddings

The Alexander Hotel is a hidden gem among Dublin hotels offering you hospitality warm, personable welcome and experience tailored to ensure we give you a day to remember. Our bright spacious lobby is perfect for guests to socialise as they wait for the happy couple’s arrival.

Our largest suite the Aston offers guests a flexible solution to a range of set ups and numbers. The hotel offers a selection of different sized rooms which means we can also offer the Ascot suite and the Annesley for a more intimate day. We only cater for one wedding a day.

  • The Aston suites decorated in light woods offers the bride and groom a versatile suite of rooms that can cater for up to 300 guests with a modern feel. This suite of rooms offers flexibility and our wedding co-coordinator will guide you through the options available to ensure you get the reception that you want.
  • The Ascot suite and The Annesley offer a more intimate day for up to 100 guests. Our co-coordinator can talk you through the type of events we can deliver in these rooms.
